استراتيجيات التواصل في تعليميات اللغات

الملخص
يهدف هذا المقال إلى التعريف بمفهوم "استراتيجيات التواصل"، وإبراز تصنيفاتها المختلفة في ميدان تعليم اللغات وتعلّمها. يظهر هذا المفهوم من خلال الوسائل التي يتّخذها المتعلم –سواء بشكل صريح أم بشكل خفي- من أجل إيصال الرسالة إلى المُخاطب شريكِهِ في التواصل. يستعمل المتعلّم الاستراتيجية لتعويض العجز عن إيصال محتوى معيّن للفرد المُخاطَب أثناء العملية التواصلية، فهي بذلك مهمّة لتفادي فشل عملية التواصل أو انقطاعها. ومن هذه الاستراتيجيات نلفي: الاستتراتيجيات التعويضية، استراتيجيات التعديل الذاتي، استراتيجيات التنفيذ... ABSTRACT: This article aims to define the notion of« communicative strategies » with its different classifications in teaching /learning languages. This notion appears through tools used by the learner –explicitly or implicitly- to transmit the message to his partner in communication. The learner uses the strategy to compensate the disability to transmit a content to the recipient during the communication process. For that raison, it is important to avoid communication process failure or interruption. From these strategies, we can mention: compensatory strategies, Self-adjustment strategies, Execution strategies... Keywords: Communication; verbal communication; strategy; teaching; learning
