الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى قياس أثر تقلبات أسعار النفط على الموازنة العامة في الجزائر للفترة (1970-2021) وهذا باستخدام اختبار التكامل المشترك ونموذج الانحدار الذاتي(VAR)، بالإضافة إلى اختبار السببية وتحليل دوال الاستجابة وتجزئة التباين. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود علاقة طويلة الأجل بين أسعار النفط والموازنة العامة كما توصلت أيضا إلى وجود علاقة عكسية بينهما وإلى وجود علاقة سببية واحدة تتجه من أسعار النفط إلى الموازنة العامة. The study aims to measure the impact of oil price fluctuations on the public budget in Algeria for the period (1970-2021) using the co-integration test and the autoregressive model (VAR), in addition to the causality test, response function analysis and variance segmentation. The study found that there is no long-term relationship between oil prices and the Public Budget, and it also found that there is an inverse relationship between them and that there is a single causal relationship moving from oil prices to the Public Budget.
