الملخص

ملخص: تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية إلى بيان أهمية التّقويم و مكانته في أيّ منظومة تعليمية، و من منطلق مقولة '' إنّ علّة أيّ منظومة تربوية في وسائل تقويمها '' ،فإنّه من غير المنطقي أن تتطلع الحكومات إلى جودة تعليمها في ظل غياب ممارسة واعية و فهم صحيح للعملية التّقويمية . من هنا أردنا تسليط الضوء على التقّويم باعتباره آلية كفيلة للقيام بتحقيق الجودة و التّطوير المستمر حيث أنّ نجاح أيّ مشروع أو برنامج تعليمي مرتبط أشدّ الارتباط بهذه الآلية الهامة . و قد ركزنا هاهنا على الاختبارات التّحصيلية التي تهدف إلى درجة الإتقان في وحدة دراسية معينة ، و تنّم عن مدى التّقدم في تحقيق الأهداف الترّبوية ، و كل ذلك يتوقف على توّفر مهارات في وضع الأسئلة والتّخطيط السلّيم لها قبل إعدادها . الكلمات المفتاحية: التقّويم البيداغوجي، الجودة، الاختبارات التّحصيلية. Abstract:Times New Roman; This modest reseach seeks to show the importance of evaluation and its place in any educational system,and on the basic of" that educational system has the means to evaluate it", it is illogical forgovernments to look forward to the quality of their education in the absence of the conscious practice and a correct understanding for the evaluation process. From here we wanted to shed light on the evaluation as a mechanic that ensures the achievement of quality and continuousdevelopment, as the success of any educational program is closely linked to this important mechanism. We have focused here on achievement tests that aim at the degree of mastery in a particular unit of study, and reveal the extent of progress in achieving educational goals, and all of this depends on availability of skills in developing questions and proper planning for them before preparing them. The abstract refers to the importance of research, its problems and the most important results. Keywords:Times New Roman; pedegogical evaluation ,quality,achievement tests.
