الملخص
ضع تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مساهمة إدارة الجودة الشاملة في ترشيد النفقات العامة في المؤسسات الرياضية ومعرفة مدى وجود علاقة بين نظام إدارة الجودة الشاملة كنظام إداري حديث في المؤسسات الرياضية وترشيد الإنفاق العام كعنصر مهم في المؤسسة الرياضية وكذلك إبراز أهمية إدارة الجودة الشاملة في المؤسسات الرياضية لأن نجاحها يعتمد على كفاءة الموارد البشرية داخل المنظمة. في دراستنا هذه استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي على عينة تمثلت في 28 إداري اختيرت بطريقة عشوائية في مؤسسات رياضية عمومية تمثلت في مديرية الشباب والرياضة، المركب متعدد الرياضات، الرابطة الولائية لكرة القدم بولاية المسيلة، واستخدمنا الاستبيان كأداة لجمع المعلومات، وقد أشارت أهم نتائج الدراسة إلى أنه هناك دور كبير للإدارة الجودة الشاملة في ترشيد الانفاق العام في المؤسسات الرياضية. كلمات مفتاحية: إدارة. الجودة. الشاملة.، ترشيد. النفقات. العمومية.، المؤسسات. الرياضية. This study aims at identifying the contribution of total quality management in rationalizing public expenditures in sports institutions and determining the extent to which there is a relationship between the total quality management system as a modern administrative one in sports institutions and the rationalization of public expenditure as a significant element in the sports institution. As well as highlighting the importance of total quality management in sports institutions because its success depends on the efficiency of human resources within the organization. In our study, we relied on the descriptive approach on a sample of 28 administrators who were randomly selected in public sports institutions represented in the Directorate of Youth and Sports, the Multi-Sports Complex, the State Football Association in the state of M'sila. Furthermore, we used the questionnaire as a tool for collecting information. Therefore, the most important results of the study indicated that there is a fundamental role for total quality management in rationalizing public expenditure in sports institutions.
