فاعلية الإدارة الصفية من وجهة نظر أستاذ مرحلة التعليم المتوسط وأثرها على النتائج التحصيلية للمتمدرس

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن فاعلية الإدارة الصفية من وجهة نظر أستاذ مرحلة التعليم المتوسط وأثرها على النتائج التحصيلية للمتمدرس، كما هدفت إلى التعرف على وجود علاقة بين الكفاءة المهنية لأستاذ مرحلة المتوسط والنتائج التحصيلية للمتمدرس، كذا التعرف عن وجود فروق في نتائج الكفاءة المهنية تعزى لسنوات الخبرة المهنية للأستاذ. استخدمت الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (50) أستاذ وأستاذة، بعدد من المتوسطات بمنطقة متليلي بولاية غرداية. ومن أهم نتائج المتوصل إليها هي تحقق فرضيات الثلاثة للدراسة. Abstract: The study aimed to reveal the effectiveness of classroom management from the viewpoint of the intermediate education teacher and its impact on the achievement results of the learners. The study also aimed to identify the existence of a relationship between the professional competence of the intermediate stage professor and the achievement results of the student, as well as the detection of differences in the results of professional competence attributed to years the professional experience of the professor. The two researchers used the descriptive and analytical method in the comparative method, the study sample consisted of (50) professors, from a number of averages in the Metlili region, in the state of Ghardaia. The most important results reached is the verifecation of the three hypotheses of the study.
