الملخص
يعد الطفل كائن بشري قابل للتغير الكمي و الكيفي من خلال عملية النمو خاصة النمو اللغوي.تعد اللغة نظام مكون من الإشارات والإيماءات،ومختلف المفردات ،وتجعل الطفل قابل للاتصال اللغوي ،وتوصيل أفكاره إلى غيره، وحينما يتعرض لاضطرابات جينية، عصبية،عضوية في مراحل نموه،قد يصاب بإعاقة عقلية التي من بين مظاهرها التأخر اللغوي و مشاكل لغوية أخرى. تختلف طبيعة كل طفل من واحد إلى آخر بما في ذلك ذوي الإعاقة العقلية، فنجد الخصائص اللغوية يتفق فيها معظم الأطفال و لا تختلف إلا في الأشياء الطفيفة و ينطبق ذلك حتى في المشاكل اللغوية و طرق العلاج ولا يمكن التعميم.لذلك تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز دور الأنشطة و التدريبات و التقنيات المختلفة في علاج اضطرابات النطق و ضعف الكلام و ضمان قدرة الطفل العادي أو المعاق عقليا على التحدث بشكل أفضل و التي يشرف عليها المختصين في الميدان و تكون على شكل برامج علاجية لمشكلات النطق اللغة . The child is a human being subject to quantitative and qualitative change through the growth process especially linguistic development. Language is considered a system composed of signs, gestures, and various vocabularies and makes the child able to communicate and convey his ideas to others and when he is exposed to genetic and neurological disorders in his stages of growth, he may suffer from a mental disability, one of which is language delays and other language problems. The nature of each child varies from one person to another including those with mental disabilities; we find linguistic characteristics in which most children agree and differ only in minor things and this applies even in language problems and treatment methods, and it is not possible to generalize. This research paper seeks to highlight the role of various activities, exercises and techniques in treating speech disorders and speech impairment and ensuring the ability of the normal or mentally disabled child to speak better, which is supervised by specialists in the field and is in the form of treatment programs for speech-language problems.
