الملخص: يتضمن هذا البحث دراسة وتحقيق لمخطوط "رسالة في وجه منع صرف الاسم"، للإمام محمد السعيد بن محيي الدين الجزائري (ت 1277 هـ - 1861 م)، وهو الأخ الأكبر للأمير عبد القادر الجزائري، موضوع المخطوط -كما يظهر من اسمه- في عِلْمَي النحو والصرف، ألفها الإمام محمد السعيد لما كان سجينا مع أخيه الأمير عبد القادر في مدينة "أمبواز" الفرنسية، وقد أراد الباحث إخراج المخطوط؛ لأنه لم يحظ بالتحقيق من قبل، فاشتمل البحث على التعريف بالمؤلّف، والتعريف بالرسالة، وسلك الباحث المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التاريخي ومنهج تحقيق النصوص، وأسفر البحث عن أن أكثر مؤلفات العلامة محمد السعيد محفوظة في مجموع بخط يده بدار الكتب القطرية، وأن الإمام محمد السعيد بلغ مكانة علمية رفيعة، تظهر من خلال ثناء العلماء عليه، ومن تراثه المخطوط في شتى الفنون، وختاما فإن الباحث يوصى المحققين بضرورة الاعتناء بتراث علماء الجزائر في مختلف العلوم والفنون. Abstract: This paper includes a study and an investigation of the manuscript “Rissala fi Wajh Manaa Sarf al Ism” by Mohamed Said Bin Mohieddine al al Jazairi. He is the elder brother of Emir Abdel Qader al Jazairi. The topic of the manuscript, as its name shows, stems from semantics and syntax. The manuscript was written when Mohamed Said was prisoner with his brother Emir Abdel Qader in Amboise, France. We want to make known the manuscript because it has never been investigated. The paper includes the background about the writer, the manuscript, and the text that investigated it. We used the descriptive, historical, and text investigation methods. Findings show that most of the publications of Mohamed Said are preserved in the books house in Qatar, in a collection written by hand, and that the indexer did not mention this manuscript. Moreover, Mohamed Said had a venerable scientific position that manifests in the praise of the other scientists on him and in his legacy in various arts. Finally, we recommend the investigators to take care of the legacy of the Algerian scientists in the various arts and sciences.
