الملخص
تسعى الجزائر من خلال العديد من المحاولات الجادة إلى تجويد التّعليم العالي لتحقيق التنمية والرّقي المنشودين منذ الاستقلال، والمحاولة الأخيرة هي استيراد نظام الـ(أل.أم.دي) ومحاولة تكييفه على مكوّنات التّعليم العالي، بما يحمله هذا الأخير من تناقضات وموروث الحقب السّابقة. وعليه جاءت هذه المساهمة البسيطة كمحاولة لعرض متطلّبات الجودة في ضوء أهداف نظام الـ(أل.أم.دي) والإجراءات المعتمدة لتجسيدها على أرض الواقع؛ من خلال تحليل ومقارنة ما يجب أن يكون حتى تتحقّق الجودة المنشودة، وما هو كائن في الواقع. Algeria seeks through numerous serious attempts to improve the quality of higher education to achieve the desired development and prosperity since independence, and the recent attempt is an import regime of (L.M.D) and try to adapt to the components of higher education, the extent of it from the contradictions and legacy of previous eras. As a result, these simple contributions came as an attempt to show the quality requirements, in the light of the objectives of the system (L.M.D) and the procedures adopted for its interpretation in the field, by analyzing and comparing what should be until the desired quality and is in fact.
