الملخص

تُشكل "الأزمة" حدثًا مهمًا، وحالاً صعبًا، وظرفا مؤلمًا، ووضعًا خطيرًا في حياة الإنسان .. كما تحيل الكارثة إلى إمكان التفكير في الانعتاق بشتى الطرق ومختلف التدابير، وهي مناسبة لمراجعة أخلاقيات التقنية واستحضار الفلسفة التطبيقية قصد تنشيط الأنساق المعرفية المتنوعة كالعلوم والفنون والآداب وإيجاد الاستراتيجيات الفعالة والمخارج الآمنة، وإن تحريك "الإيجابية الإنسانية" في ردع الأزمات يزيد من فرص النجاة، كما يدعو التمثل السليم إلى العيش بسلام والتمتع بجمالية الحياة ويعيد إلى الواجهة إرادة الإنسان وأسئلة المصير في اختبار إرادة العقل وحكمة التفكير .. ويعمق حظوة التنمية وحظ المسؤولية لمناقشة جدوى الفلسفة التطبيقية في زمن الأزمة البيوإتيقية؟ وهل يمكن العيش بهدوء وبلا تأزم [السيطرة على الوضع] في ظل تفاوت الكوارث وتهافت المصائب؟ Abstract : The “crisis” constitutes an important event, a difficult situation, a painful circumstance, and a dangerous situation in human life. The disaster also refers to the possibility of thinking about emancipation in various ways and various measures, and it is an occasion to review the ethics of technology and invoke applied philosophy in order to revitalize various knowledge systems such as sciences, arts and literature and find Effective strategies and safe exits, and moving “human positivity” in deterring crises increases the chances of survival, and proper representation calls for living in peace and enjoying the beauty of life, and brings to the fore the human will and questions of destiny in testing the will of reason and the wisdom of thinking. It deepens the fortune of development and the fortune of responsibility to discuss The feasibility of applied philosophy in a time of biotechnical crisis? Is it possible to live calmly and without aggravation [controlling the situation] in light of the disparity of disasters and the rush of calamities?.
