الملخص
: ملخص لقد ساهم التطور التكنولوجي التأثير على مجال المعاملات و خاصة التجارية منها ، بحيث أصبح التعاقد الإلكتروني الوسيلة المعتمدة لإبرام مختلق العقود و الصفقات ومع هذا التحول كان من الضروري اعتماد وسيلة تصمن حقوق الأطراف المتعاقدة ، وقد كانت تقنية التوقيع الإلكتروني ضمانة يستند عليها المستهلك الإلكتروني في إثبات معاملته وحفظ حقوقه ، كون أن هذه التقنية تضفي المصداقية و الأمان على المعاملات المبرمة في الفضاء الإلكتروني. Abstract: Technological development has contributed to the impact on the field of transactions, especially commercial ones, so that electronic contracting has become the approved method for concluding the fabricated contracts and deals, and with this transformation it was necessary to adopt a method that guarantees the rights of the contracting parties, and the electronic signature technology was a guarantee on which the electronic consumer relies in proving his transaction And preserving his rights, given that this technology lends credibility and safety to transactions concluded in cyberspace.
