الملخص
اقتحمت رواية "سِفْر القُضاة" للكاتب أحمد زغب بكلّ جرأة الهامش الاجتماعي لمجتمع الصحراء التقليدي باعتباره خطاباً ثقافيّا وفنيّا، فكشفت من خلاله عيوب الثقافة المجتمعيّة المتستّرة للمجتمعات غير المتجانسة ثقافيّاً كالتعصّب للقبيلة، والتناجز العرقي، وألفاظ اللامساس، ومعاقرة الرذيلة. وتهدف هذه الدّراسة إلى الكشف عن ألاعيب الثقافة المتخفّية من وراء الجمالي من الخطاب، والأخذ بيد المتلقي لمعرفة حقيقة الصراع داخل هذا النوع من المجتمعات المغلقة، فما يعرف بالزمن الجميل عن المجتمع التقليدي ليس في الحقيقة إلا حيلة من حيل الثقافة. The novel "The Judges' Travel" by Ahmed Zeghab boldly invaded the social margins of the traditional desert society as a cultural and artistic discourse, revealing through it the defects of the hidden societal culture of culturally heterogeneous societies such as intolerance of the tribe, racial prejudice, touching words, and the abuse of vice. This study aims to reveal the culture’s tricks hidden behind the aesthetic of the discourse, and to take the hand of the recipient to know the reality of the conflict within this type of closed society, so what is known as the beautiful time about the traditional society is in fact nothing but a trick of the culture.
