Le Financement Des Unités De Dépistage Et De Suivi (uds) Dans La Santé Scolaire En Algérie Pendant La Covid-19 : Gestion Et Impact

Résumé: L’école est le moyen le plus sûr où les enfants scolarisés peuvent être pris en charge en ce qui concerne leur santé morale et physique de manière équitable à travers les soins gratuits et garantis par l’Etat Algérien dans les Unités de Dépistage et de Suivi (UDS) ; pour une bonne santé et une vie longue dans l’avenir, ce qui favorise ainsi le progrès social, économique et culturel du pays. Le présent article va tenter de mettre l’accent sur l’impact du financement des UDS pendant la COVID-19 dans le cadre de la santé scolaire en se basant sur les données fournies par le ministère de la santé publique et celui de l’éducation nationale ainsi que les institutions internationales telles que l’OMS et l’UNICEF. En effet, après une analyse des activités et des missions dont les UDS étaient chargées pendant la COVID-19, et, vu l’insuffisance des moyens financiers mis à leur disposition, on a conclu que le rôle des UDS n’était pas à la hauteur des objectifs assignés et qu’une réforme du système de santé scolaire s’avère obligatoire et urgente. Mots clés : UDS, Santé Scolaire, Gestion, COVID-19, financement Codes de classification Jel: H51; H52; I18; E62 Abstract: School is the safest way where school children an be taken care of with regard to their moral and physical health in an equitable manner through free care guaranteed by the Algerian State in the sceening and monitoring Units (UDS); for good health and a long life in the future, thus promoting the social, economic and cultural progress of the country. This article will attempt to highlight the impact of UDS funding during the COVID-19 in the context of school health based on data provided by the ministry of Pubic Health and the ministry of education national as well as international institutions such as WHO and UNICEF. Indeed, afer an analysis of the activities and missions for which the UDS were responsible during COVID-19, and, given the insufficient finantial means made available to them, it was concluded that the role of the UDS was not at the up to the objectives assigned and that a reform of the school health system is mandatory and urgent.
