Les Répercussions Du Tourisme International Au Temps De La Covid-19 Sur L’économie Mondiale

Résumé: Le tourisme international contribue au développement économique et social. L’industrie du tourisme comprend d’une part, les facteurs caractéristiques au secteur à savoir: les touristes, les voyages, l’hébergement et la restauration ainsi que certaines entreprises de services qui lui sont liées et, d’autre part, c’est un secteur porteur de valeur ajoutée à l’économie mondiale à travers les investissements qui contribuent au PIB mondial et le nombre important d’emplois crées. L’objet de cet article est de mettre l’accent sur; la gravité de la pandémie liée au coronavirus (COVID-19) qui a provoqué un choc brutal pour le secteur touristique qui s’est répercuté sur l’économie mondiale et, par conséquence, les mesures à prendre afin de sortir de cette crise. D’où l’apparition des premiers résultats de 2021 qui révèlent un appaisement de la situation sanitaire, suite à l’opération de vaccination qui prend de l’ampleur dans les quatre coins du monde. ملخص: تساهم السياحة الدولية في التنمية الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية. تشمل صناعة السياحة، من جهة، المكونات المميزة للقطاع وهي: السياح، السفر، الاقامة و الاطعام بالإضافة الى بعض الشركات الخدماتية المرتبطة بها، ومن جهة اخرى، فهي قطاع ذو قيمة مضافة للاقتصاد العالمي من خلال الاستثمارات التي تساهم في الناتج المحلي الاجمالي العالمي و العدد الكبير من فرص العمل المستحدثة. الغرض من هذا المقال هو التركيز على، شدة جائحة (كوفيد-19) التي تسببت في صدمة حادة لقطاع السياحة بحيث كان لها تداعيات على الاقتصاد العالمي و التركيز ايضا على الاجراءات الواجب اتخاذها للخروج من هذه الازمة. وخلصت الدراسة الى ظهور النتائج الاولى لعام 2021 و التي كشفت عن تهدئة للوضع الصحي بعد عملية التطعيم التي بدات تاخذ بعدا كبيرا في كل ارجاء العالم. Abstract : International tourism contributes to economic and social development. The tourism industry includes, on the one hand, the factors characteristic of the sector, namely: tourists, travel, accommodation and catering as well as certain service companies linked to it and, on the other hand, it is a sector with added value to the global economy through investments that contribute to global GDP and the large number of jobs created. The purpose of this article is to focus on ; the severity of the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) which has caused a brutal shock to the tourism sector which has repercussions on the world economy and, consequently, the measures to be taken in order to emerge this crisis. Hence the appearance of the first results of 2021 which reveal an appeasement of the health situation, following the vaccination operation which is gaining momentum in the four corners of the world.
