الطب التنبؤي بين صرامة التكنولوجيا وينبوغية الأخلاق

الملخص
الملخص: بفضل التقدم الكبير في علم الوراثة، لا نتحسن فقط في تشخيص المرض، ولكن أيضا في التنبؤ بالمرض، الطب التنبؤي نهج جديد ومثير للرعاية الصحية يستخدم احدث التقنيات البيولوجية والتحليلية للتنبؤ بصحة المريض المستقبلية. ولقد كانت الرغبة في هذا النموذج المثالي والتقنيات التي تم تطويرها لتحقيقه موضوع الكثير من النقاش الاخلاقي والمخاوف الاخلاقية، فتساءلت عن كيفية تأثير معرفة الحالة الصحية المستقبلية للفرد على نوعية الحياة والعلاقات الاسرية والاجتماعية، وما ينبغي اعتباره فائدة للاختبار التنبؤي، ومن يجب ان يحدد ذلك والتحولات المحتملة، والمسؤولية عن صحة الفرد وتأثيره على المجتمع. Abstract Thanks to significant advances in genetics we are not only getting bather at diagnosing disease, but also at predicting disease. Predictive medicine is an exciting new approach to healthcare, that analytical technique to make predictions about the future health of patient. This ideal and the technologies developed to realize it have been the subject of much ethical concerns about predictive medicine and point out her here this have coevolved with scientific and technological developments in the field, and to what should be considered of predictive testing and who should define this, the responsibility for one’s healthy and the predictive testing on society. Résumé Grâce aux progrès considérables de la génétique, nous pouvons non seulement améliorer le diagnostic de la maladie, mais aussi la prévision de la maladie, tandis que la médecine prédictive propose une nouvelle approche exaltante des soins de santé qui utilise les plus récentes techniques biologiques et analytiques pour prédire la santé future du patient. Le désir pour ce modèle et les techniques développées pour le réaliser ont fait l'objet de nombreux débats éthiques et de préoccupations éthiques. Elle se demande comment la connaissance de l'état de santé futur de l'individu affecte la qualité de la vie et les relations familiales et sociales, ce qui devrait être considéré comme l'avantage de la mise à l'épreuve prédictive, qui devrait déterminer les changements possibles, la responsabilité pour la santé de l'individu et son impact sur la société
