الملخص
Resume: The technology of information and communication has created all the conditions for the growth of economic intelligence in the world. From this point, this paper tries to shed light on this bet which is conducting the modern institutions through applied innovation the economic intelligence, However, the most prominent notions are presented and exposed by researchers. The research’s findings and through examination of their historical grass-roots and the development stages which they moved about with the diagnostics of its characteristics, and its elements and stages.
