التجربة اللسانية الحاسوبية العربية (التأصيل -التنظير-التطبيق)

الملخص
يهدف هذا المقال إلى رصد واقع التجربة العربية في مجال اللسانيات الحاسوبية، فيتتبع إسهاماتها ونماذجها التأصيلية والتنظيرية والتطبيقية، التي حقّقت إلى يومنا هذا تراكما معرفيا نرى أنّه يتطلّب مراجعة وتقييما من أجل ضبط مساراته وتحيين منطلقاته ونتائجه في ظل التطوّر التكنولوجي المتسارع. إن أي مسعى لمراجعة وتقييم المعرفة اللسانية الحاسوبية يقتضي إخضاع جميع أنواع الإسهامات التي تندرج إبستيمولوجيا ضمن هذا لحقل المعرفي إلى الفحص والتقييم، وعليه ستحاول دراستنا تقديم قراءة لجميع تلك الأنواع التي نصنّفها حسب ثلاثة جوانب هي: التأصيل: ويتضمن البحوث والكتابات التي تهتم برصد الإسهامات والتأريخ لها واستعراض نتائجها. التنظير: وهي كل الإنتاجات العلمية التي تهدف إلى تقديم مضامين نظرية أو تنظيرية. التطبيق: يتضمن هذا الجانب مختلف الإسهامات التطبيقية (البرامج والتطبيقات) التي تخدم الّلغة العربية. كمــــــا لا يغفل هـــــــذا العمل استشراف آفــــــاق اللسانيــــــات الحــــــاسوبية العربية بتقديم مقترحــــــات لخدمــــــة اللغــــــة العربية والارتقاء بها. الكلمات المفتاحية: لسانيات الحاسوبية؛ تأصيل؛ تنظير؛ تطبيق. Abstract : This paper aims to determine the reality of the Arabic experience in the computational linguistics field, by tracing its contributions, origins, theoretical and applied models, which have achieved an accumulation of knowledge that entails a review and evaluation in order to adjust its paths and update its starting points and results according to the rapid technological development. The efforts of review and evaluate the computational linguistic knowledge requires an epistemological overview, which we'll explain it according to three aspects: Rooting: It includes researchs and writings that are concerned contributions, history, and reviewing their results. Theorizing: It is all scientific productions that aim to provide theories or theoretical content. Application: includes various applied contributions (programs and applications) that serve the Arabic language. Also, this work doesn't overlook the prospects of Arabic computational linguistics by presenting suggestions to improve the Arabic language.
