الملخص
الملخص: أصبحت المسؤولية الاجتماعية للمشاريع الاستثمارية تقليدا قانونيا تُضبط به النصوص القانونية المنظمة للأنشطة الاقتصادية، حيث عمل المشرع على حماية مقدسات ترتبط بالمحيط تأمينا وحماية له. على هذا الاساس رصد المشرع الجزائري منذ ثمانينات القرن الماضي ترسانة قانونية تُرشّد من استخدام الطاقة وتبحث في البديل غير الناضب لحفظ حق الاجيال المستقبلية من الموارد الطبيعية ولتنعم ببيئة صحية وآمنة تحت مسمى التنمية المستدامة. كما نجد المشرع الجزائري اقتداءا بالتشريعات المقارنة وتطبيقا للاتفاقيات الدولية الراعية لهذه الغايات قد أسس هيئات لتتبناها، ابتداءا من الوزارة الوصية إلى المعاهد والكليات الحارصة على التكوين الأكاديمي، إلى غيرها من الجهات المسؤولة على رقابة المنشآت الانتاجية Abstract: The social responsibility of investment projects has become a tradition by which the legal texts regulating economic activities are controlled, as the Algerian legislator worked to protect the sanctities associated with the ocean to secure it. On this basis, a legal arsenal has been monitored under the name of sustainable development since the eighties that rationalizes the use of energy and searches for alternatives to preserve the right of future generations of natural resources to enjoy a healthy and safe environment. It also embodied legal control over production facilities, following the example of comparative legislation and the application of international conventions, represented by the guardianship ministries, to institutes and colleges keen on academic training, and some other responsible authorities.
