الملخص
Trade policy is a deliberate planning to achieve regular economic growth, balancing the elimination of legal and political barriers to the movement of capital, and the establishment of exceptions that control the imbalance at the level of the internal economy in order to protect and develop it, which is embodied in Order No. 04-03 regulating the import and export currencies.
