الملخص
يعتبر علم تخريج الفروع على الأصول من أدق العلوم الشرعية، وذلك لتعلقه بالجانب التطبيقي لعلم أصول الفقه. وستتناول هذه الدراسة منهج تخريج الفروع على الأصول عند الفقيه ابن رشد الجد، من خلال كتبه واستخراج صور ربطه للفروع الفقهية المنصوصة في المذهب المالكي بالقواعد والأصول الّتي انبنت عليها المتعلقة بالعبادات، للتأكيد على تضلُّعِه ورسوخ قدمه في مذهب الإمام مالك وإحاطته بأصوله وفروعه. The science of Graduating the Branches on the Principles of jurisprudence is considered one of the most accurate legal sciences, as it is related to the applied aspect of the science of the principles of jurisprudence. This study will address the The approach of graduating the branches on the origins of the grandfather of the jurist IbnRushd, through his books and extracting images of his linking the jurisprudential branches stipulated in the Maliki school of thought to the rules and principles on which they were built related to worship, to emphasize his involvement and the solidity of his feet in the doctrine of Imam Malik and his awareness of its origins and branches.
