الملخص
موضوع دراستنا الحالية يتعلق بنزاع الصحراء الغربية وتباين الآراء حول تسويته النهائية واهم الأسباب المعيقة لإيجاد حل دائم ونهائي وعادل له،وتكمن أهمية هذه الدراسة في توضيح الانتهاكات الخطيرة للاحتلال المغربي داخل الصحراء الغربية،وتحديد المتغيرات الدولية المتسارعة وأثرها على نزاع الصحراء الغربية وأفاق تسويته المستقبلية. تمحورت إشكالية الدراسة البحثية في مدى تأثير الأوضاع الداخلية والمتغيرات الدولية في تسريع إيجاد تسوية نهائية للنزاع ؟ومن خلال محاولة الإجابة على التساؤل المطروح،من خلال تحليل الوقائع والمعطيات توصلنا إلى بعض النتائج ،نذكر من أهمها اعتبار فشل التسوية الأممية لنزاع الصحراء الغربية ناتج عن تراكم وافتعال بعض الأسباب والوقائع الميدانية والمتمثلة أساسا في الانتهاكات المغربية داخل الصحراء الغربية،والمستجدات الدولية المتسارعة والمتناقضة في الكثير من الأحيان. The subject of our current study relates to the Western Sahara conflict, the divergence of views on its final settlement and the main obstacles to a lasting. The importance of this study is to clarify the serious violations of Morocco's occupation within W Sahara and to identify accelerated international variables, their impact on this conflict and its future settlement prospects. The problems of the research based on the extent to which internal situations and international variables affected the acceleration of a definitive settlement of the conflict. To answer this question, One of the most important fact is the failure of the UN settlement of the W Sahara conflict is the accumulation and inaction of certain causes and realities on the ground, mainly in Moroccan violations inside W.Sahara, and from international developments.
