صعوبة نشر المقال المتعلق بمناقشة الأطروحة لدى طالب الدكتوراه في الجزائر

الملخص
إن الصعوبات التي تواجه طالب الدكتوراه عند نشر المقال الخاص بمناقشة أطروحته والذي يكون في جزئية من موضوع بحثه، والذي يعتبر أحد معايير التنقيط له، وهذا وفق شروط النشر المعتمدة في مجلة مصنفة عبر البوابة الجزائرية للمجلات العلمية ASJP ، هذا الإشكال وهو هدف دراستنا كون الأمر بالغ الأهمية مما يستدعي دراسة الصعوبات المحيطة بهذا الجانب والتي تختلف بحسب المعطيات سواء المتعلقة بالباحث ذاته و قدراته المختلفة، أو المتعلقة بمعايير النشر. إن كل هذه المشاكل تجعل الطالب في صراع بين البحث عن مجلة تضمن نشر مقاله والتفرغ لإنجاز الأطروحة وبالتالي تؤثر على مردود الأداء العلمي ومدة انجاز الأطروحة أو حتى التخلي عن المناقشة لدى البعض. Abstract: The difficulties that a PhD student faces when publishing his dissertation discussion article, which is part of the subject of his research , Which is one of the criteria for drip, This is in accordance with the conditions of publication approved in a classified journal Via the Algerian Portal of Scientific Journals ASJP , This problem, which is the objective of our study, is that it is very important to study the difficulties surrounding this aspect, which vary according to the data, both the research itself and its different capabilities, or on publication criteria. All these problems put the student in conflict between the search for a journal that ensures the publication of his article and the full-time completion of the thesis and thus affects the return of scientific performance and the duration of the completion of the thesis or even the abandonment of the discussion by some.
