معوقات إنجاز البحوث الأكاديمية لدى طالب الدكتوراه -دراسة إستكشافية -

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن المعوقات التي يواجهها طالب الدكتوراه في إنجازه البحوث الأكاديمية والتعرف على تأثير التخصص والوضعية المهنية و البعد عن جامعة الدراسة في ذلك ، استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي الإستكشافي من خلال إجراء مقابلات مع بعض طلبة الدكتوراه لإستخراج المعوقات ثم استعمالها في إعداد إستبيان تضمن 27 معوقا بـ 5 مستويات لكل معوق، وزعناه على عينة قصدية مكونة من 37 طالبا من تخصصي العلوم الإجتماعية والعلوم الإقتصادية لطلبة الدكتوراه من ولاية الوادي والذين يزاولون دراستهم بجامعة الوادي، بسكرة، قالمة،برج بوعريريج، الجزائر 01. وبعد جمع البيانات وترتيبها توصلنا إلى معرفة مختلف المعوقات التي تعترض طالب الدكتوراه في إنجاز بحثه وبدرجاتها المتفاوتة حيث كانت مرتفعة نسبيا ، وأنه لا يوجد فروق في تقديرات طلبة الدكتوراه لمعوقات البحث العلمي تعزى لمتغيرات التخصص والوضعية المهنية والبعد عن جامعة الدراسة. Abstract: The study aimed to reveal the Obstacles faced by the doctoral student in carrying out academic research and to identify the impact of specialization and professional status and distance from the university of the study in this, we used the descriptive exploratory approach by conducting interviews with some doctoral students to extract the Obstacles Then use it to prepare a questionnaire that included 27 Obstacle with 5 levels for each Obstacle, we distributed it to an intentional sample of 37 students from the majors of social sciences and economic sciences to doctoral students from El-Oued who are studying at El-Oued University, Biskra, Guelma, Bordj Bou Arreridj, Algeria 01. After collecting and arranging the data, we came to the knowledge of the various Obstacles that the doctoral student faces in completing his research and their varying degrees, as they were relatively high, and that there are no differences in the doctoral students’ estimates of the Obstacles to scientific research due to the variables of specialization, professional status and distance from the university of study
