الملخص
الملخص باللغة العربية: في ظل تداخل الفاعلين في البيئة الالكترونية وتشابك العلاقات القانونية الناشئة، كانت الحاجة ماسة لتنظيم مهام الفاعلين والتزاماتهم، وتحديد المسؤوليات، وذلك بهدف رسم إطار قانون عام للتعامل الالكتروني والمتعاملين فيه، حتى لا تكون الانترنت منطقة بلا قانون. ويعد مقدم خدمة الإيواء المعلوماتي أحد الأشخاص الذين يقومون بالمهام الوسيطية في البيئة الالكترونية، حيث يقوم بتقديم حيز الكتروني على جهازه لشخص آخر بالاتفاق، وذلك لتخزين المعلومات ومعالجتها. Abstract: With the intersection of actors in the electronic environment and the interlacing legal relationship of actors, there was an urgent need to regulate the tasks and obligations of the actors and to determine responsibilities, with view to establishing a general legal system for electronic transactions and users, so that the internet does not become an area without law. The information hosting service provider is one of the persons performing intermediate functions in the electronic environment, where it provides an electronic space on its computer to another person by agreement for the storage and process of information.
