واقع الرقمنة والتعليم في ظل الاقتصاد المعرفي – حالة الجزائر-

الملخص
يعد التطور الكبير في مجال الرقمنة والتعليم سمة العصر، مما يستوجب منا متابعة هذا التطور الذي خص الدول المتقدمة في اعتمادها على المعرفة كعنصر أساسي في الإنتاج والاقتصاد لما بعد الصناعي، والذي ظهر منذ النصف الثاني من القرن الماضي، كحتمية لمضاعفة النمو الاقتصادي ولتحسين الحياة الاجتماعية للدول. وبذلك فالجزائر دولة من الدول النامية التي تسعى لمواكبة هذه التحولات التكنولوجية ولتوسيع مجال استخدام الانترنيت في التعليم واندماجها ضمن ما يعرف باقتصاد المعرفة. في هذا السياق نحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية عرض واقع تطبيق الرقمنة في الجزائر وأهم معوقات بناء اقتصاد المعرفي في التعليم الجامعي. The great development in the field of digitization and education is a feature of the times, which requires us to follow up on this development, which singled out the developed countries in their reliance on knowledge as an essential element in the post-industrial economy, which appeared since the second half of the last century, as an imperative to double economic growth and improve the social life of countries. Thus, Algeria is a developing country that seeks to keep pace with these technological changes and to expand the use of the Internet in education and its integration into what is known as the knowledge economy. In this context, we try through this research paper to present the reality of the application of digitization in Algeria and the most important obstacles to building a knowledge economy in university education.
