واقع إدارة الأزمات بالمكتبات الجامعية: دراسة ميدانية

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على مفهوم إدارة الأزمات، والتعرف على أهم الأزمات التي تعرضت لها المكتبة المركزية، ومدى وعي القائمين عليها بهذا النمط الحديث من التسيير، وكذلك التعرف على أهم الميكانيزمات المعتمدة فيها. وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والاعتماد على الإستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، وقد أبرزت هذه الدراسة عدة نتائج أهمها الوعي بأهمية إدارة الأزمات بالرغم من الافتقار إلى الكادر البشري المدرب في مجال الأزمات، وكذلك عدم وجود خلية لإدارة الأزمات بالمكتبة وكذا بالجامعة، كما كشفت الدراسة عدم وجود سياسة مكتوبة وشاملة للتعامل مع الأزمات. This study aims to shed light on the concept of management crisis and to identified the most important crisis that the central university library has been exposed to, and the extent of awareness of those in charge of this modern style of management as well as to identified the most important mechanisms that it adopts to manage crisis in it, the descriptive analytical method was used, and the questionnaire was used as a main tool for data collection. This study has highlighted several results, the most important of which is awareness of the importance of crisis management even though lack the trained humans cadre in crisis, as well as the absence of a crisis management cell in the library and the university, as the study revealed the absence of a written and comprehensive policy for dealing with crisis.
