الخدمة الاجتماعية في مجال الرعاية اللاحقة للمحبوسين Social Service (social Welfare) In The Field Of Aftercare For The Released.

الملخص
من أطر السياسة العقابية الحديثة تقديم العون للمفرج عنه من المؤسسة العقابية، ويكون ذلك بغرض تكملة برنامج التأهيل الذي بداخل المؤسسة غير المكتمل ، وإما لتدعيم البرنامجألتأهيلي الذي تم داخلها، خشية أنتجبر الظروف الاجتماعية المفرج عنه للعود إلى الجريمة ، كل هذا ينطوي تحت البرنامج المسطر (إستراتيجية) مايعرف :بالخدمةالاجتماعيةفيمجالالرعايةاللاحقةللمفرجعنهم . والواقع أن المفرج عنه ، قد يتعرض لظروف ومشاكل اجتماعية يعبر عنها(بأزمةالإفراج) ، لذلك وبهدف تقويم المجرمين والعمل على إصلاحهموإعادةتأهيلهم، وإيجاد الحلول لما يعترضهم من مشاكل اجتماعية ونفسية ، تم ضبط برنامج الخدمة الاجتماعية للمفرج عنهم . فياترىما هي حيثيات هذه الخدمة الاجتماعيةالمسخرة في مجال الرعاية اللاحقة للمفرج عنهم ؟وفيما تكمن الإستراتيجيةأو السبل (العلاجية والإصلاحية) التي يوفرها هذا البرنامج ؟كأطر ومرتكز ناظم في مجال الرعاية اللاحقة للمفرج عنهم. One of frameworks of modern punitive policy, its restoring the help or provide assistance to the released person from the penal institution and it will be that to completing the rehabilitation program (qualification program)inside the institution and it was not completed, Either to support the qualification program . That was done within it .fearing that the social conditions will force him to return to crime ,all of this involves under the underlined program (strategy) what is known as : Social service (social welfare) in the field of aftercare for the released. In fact, released may be exposed to social conditions by problems expressed by the (the release crisis).so in order to calendar criminals and work to improve and rehabilitation them for finding social and psychological solutions, the social service program was set for the released. So, what are the reasons for this social service?and what is the strategy or methods(remedial and corrective) provided by this program ?. A framer and anchor in the aftercare of the released.
