التواصل الاجتماعي و دوره في تلبية مطالب المواطنين

الملخص
إن المطالب الكثير للمواطنين بكافة الشرائح متعددة ولا تنتهي لتوسع أفق المواطنة وتطور تقنيات التواصل الاجتماعي، فأصبح من غير الممكن التحدث عن توقف نهائي للمطالبة بتوفير الاحتياجات من السلطة الحاكمة، وهذا أمر جلل، لأنه مهما أوتيت الإمكانيات إلا انه يعجز العقل الإنساني في مدبراته أن يوفي الجميع ما يطلبون وهو نفسه سياق معتل إذا أمنا إن الموجود من الثرة كفيل بأن يحقق الرضا، ولهذا لايمكن أن تتحدث عن رضا نهائي بین المرتفق والسلطة، لغياب ها قلنا عليه من إمكانيات، فأساس إشكالية الدراسة يتعلق بمساهمة تكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال في التكفل بالمطالب المختلفة، ولا تظن اننا سنقدم بديلا وإنما سنعمل على تبين دور التقنيات الاتصالية في التكفل الأمثل بالمطالب المختلفة للمواطنين ولهذا وضعنا فرضيات نقيس بها طرحا ابستومولوجيا يعطي لنا إمكانيات مراجعة الحلول التي ستكون وراء مقياس التكفل بالمواطنة كأساس قيمي هدفه تحقيق الاستقرار، واعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في هاته الدراسة لنقل المعطيات الكاهنة وتخضعها بالتحليل حسب توفر أداة تحليل المضمون. The many demands of citizens of all segments are numerous and do not end with the expansion of the horizon of citizenship and the development of social communication techniques, so it has become impossible to talk about a final cessation of the demand for the provision of needs from the ruling authority, and this is a great matter, because no matter how much the capabilities are given, the human mind is unable to meet everyone What they ask, which itself is a sick context, if we believe that what exists from wealth can achieve satisfaction, and for this you cannot talk about final satisfaction between the benefactor and the authority, due to the absence of possibilities. We will present an alternative. Rather, we will work on identifying the role of communication technologies in optimally taking care of the different demands of citizens. For this we have set hypotheses by which we measure an epistemological proposal that gives us the possibilities to review the solutions that will be behind the citizenship guarantee scale as a value base aimed at achieving stability, and we relied on the descriptive analytical approach in this study to transfer data Priestess and subject it to analysis according to the availability of a content analysis tool.
