الوظائف الادارية في المؤسسات الرياضية

الملخص
إن الإدارة هي نشاط انساني يتطلب مهارات فكرية انسانية وفنية مبني علي تحديد الحاجات والاهداف ودراسة الواقع والمستقبل المتعلق بالمؤسسة والبيئة " التخطيط" واستغلال كافة الموارد البشرية والمادية المتاحة وتنظيم الجهود والانشطة والاشراف عليها ومراقبتها وتقييمها بشكل يكفل تحقيق اهداف المؤسسة المختلفة ؛ فالإدارة الناجحة هي الادارة القادرة على الاستخدام الامثل لجميع الموارد المتاحة لدي المؤسسة لتحقيق اهدافها ورفع المستوي المعيشي للأفراد العاملين فيها. إن دراسة الإدارة كمدخل وظيفي يعني النظر اليها باعتبارها عملية معينة وهذه العملية يمكن تحليلها ووصفها من خلال مجموعة وظائف رئيسية، وعند القيام يهذا العمل فمن الضروري النظر الي هذه الوظائف باعتبارها منفصلة حين يمارس المسير مجموعة من الوظائف المتداخلة مع بعضها البعض Management is a human activity that requires human and technical intellectual skills based on identifying needs and goals and studying the reality and future related to the institution and the environment " lanning" Exploiting all available human and material resources, organizing efforts and activities, supervising, monitoring and evaluating them in a way that ensures the achievement of the various objectives of the institution; Successful management is the administration that is able to optimally use all the resources available to the institution to achieve its goals and raise the standard of living of the individuals working in it. Studying management as a functional approach means looking at it as a specific process, and this process can be analyzed and described through a set of major functions. When carrying out this work, it is necessary to consider these functions as separate when the manager exercises a set of overlapping functions with each other.
