الملخص
جاءت هذه الورقة لمعرفة مفاهيم العلاقات العامة وتمثلاتها من خلال المقاربة السوسيولوجية وبالأخص مقاربة الفعل الاجتماعي ، بإعتيار العلاقات العامة تنظيما يتموقع داخل المؤسسة ولها هيكل تنظيمي مثلها باقي التنظيمات يتجسد فيها الفعل الاجتماعي وفيه فاعلين يمارسون أنشطة ، ولهم أهداف يسعون لتجسيدها وتحقيقها ، والعلاقات العامة من هذا المنظور فضاء منتج لفعل إجتماعي من خلال تحركات الفاعلين فيها وكذلك فضاء ملموس متداخل ومزيج بين ما هو ثقافي قيمي وإقتصادي وحتى إستراتيجي من هنا يمكن النظر للعلاقات العامة كمنظومة متكاملة من خلال وضع تصور لواقع ممارسات العلاقات العامة ، من خلال البحث في جملة العوامل التي تشكل هذا الواقع إنطلاقا من فهم البنية التنظيمية التي تتميز بها العلاقات العامة ، وصولا إلى مدى فاعليتها وممارساتها . This article has known the concepts of public relations and their representations through the approach of social action, since public relations is an organization located within the institution and has an organizational structure like the rest of the organizations in which l social action is embodied and in which actors engage in activities and have goals that seek to embody and achieve them, and public relations is a productive space for social action Through the movements of actors who there, as well as a tangible space intertwined and a mixture between what is cultural, value, economic and even strategic. From there, public relations can be seen as an integrated system by developing a perception of the reality of the practices of relations public, looking for the number of factors that constitute this reality from an understanding of the organizational structure characteristic of relations public, to the extent of its effectiveness and practices.
