الملخص
تتناول هذه الدراسة جوانب من سيرة يحيى أغا بن مصطفى قبل وأثناء توليه منصب أغا الصبايحية من عام 1818 إلى 1828م. بالتعرض للمناصب التي تولاها مع التوقف عند انجازاته العسكرية من بناء التحصينات وخرجات إلى الأوطان سواء لقمع التمردات وحركات العصيان ضد السلطة أو لجمع وتحصيل الضرائب ومحاسبة وكلائه فيها. تناول عنصر أخر انجازاته الاقتصادية ومعاملاته من شراء ووقف وعتق واكتراء وكذا أملاكه من حيث طبيعتها وأماكن تواجدها مع العرض لمقتله وأثاره على الحكم العثماني في الجزائر. تمثلت نتائج هذه الدراسة في أهمية شخصية يحيى أغا بن مصطفى من خلال جهوده في دعم السلطة والمحافظة على الأمن والاستقرار في دار السلطان ودواخل الايالة من جهة واهتمامه بجوانب أخرى منها الجانب الاقتصادي وبذلك تميز وانفرد عن غيره من الموظفين الساميين لتلك الفترة. This study deals with aspects of the biography of Yahya Agha bin Mustafa before and during his tenure as Agha Al-Sabayeh from 1818 to 1828 AD. Our research also studies the positions he held, in addition to his military achievements, from building fortifications and inspection campaigns to elwatan, whether to suppress rebellions and insurrections against the authorities or to collect taxes and hold his agents accountable. We also discuss his economic achievements, in addition to his financial transactions such as buying, endowment, manumission, and rent, as well as his properties in terms of their nature and locations, with exposure to his murder and its effects on the Ottoman rule in Algeria. The results of this study show the importance of Yahya Agha bin Mustafa’s personality through his efforts to support the authority and maintain security and stability in the Sultan’s house and the interior of the regency on the one hand, and his interest in other aspects, including the economic aspect, thus distinguishing him from other high officials of that period.
