الملخص
شكلت مسألة حل قضية اللاجئين الفلسطينيين أحد أعقد المسائل في المفاوضات بين السلطات الفلسطينية والكيان الصهيوني منذ انطلاقتها مطلع تسعينيات القرن الماضي بحيث يطالب الفلسطينيون بعودة اللاجئين إلى الأماكن التي طردوا منها سواء في حرب 1948 أو حرب 1967 في المقابل يرفض الصهاينة أية عودة للاجئين وتعتبر عودتهم نهاية عملية للطابع الصهيوني للدولة ومطلبا يهدف إلى تدمير الكيان الصهيوني داخليا عن طريق قلب المعادلة ديمغرافيا لصالح الفلسطينيين. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الخطة الأمريكية الإسرائيلية التي جاءت بصورة أمريكية وفكر إسرائيلي يهودي محض رسمت في الاتفاقية المزعومة لمحاولة إيجاد السلام بين الفلسطينيين والاحتلال الإسرائيلي اصطلح عليها "صفقة القرن". تعتبر صفقة القرن فرصة كل من إسرائيل وأمريكا لحسم القضايا العالقة في المفاوضات "قضايا الحل النهائي" لصالح المشروع (الإسرائيلي)، تمهيدًا لتمرير "الحل الإقليمي" وتطبيع علاقات (إسرائيل) مع الدول العربية من أجل تحقيق أطماع سياسية و اقتصادية على وجه الخصوص. الكلمات المفتاحية: اللاجئ الفلسطيني، حق العودة، الكيان الصهيوني، الإدارة الأمريكية، صفقة القرن. Summary: The issue of resolving the Palestinian refugee issue has constituted one of the most complex issues in the negotiations between the Palestinian authorities and the Zionist entity since its inception in the early 1990s. The Palestinians demand the return of the refugees to the places from which they were expelled, whether in the 1948 or 1967 war. On the other hand, the Zionists reject any return of refugees and consider their return the end of a process The Zionist character of the state and a demand that aims to destroy the Zionist entity internally by turning the equation demographically in favor of the Palestinians. This study aims to shed light on the American-Israeli plan that came with an American image and a purely Israeli-Jewish thought drawn in the alleged agreement to try to find peace between the Palestinians and the Israeli occupation, which was termed the "Deal of the Century". The Deal of the Century is an opportunity for both Israel and America to resolve the outstanding issues in the negotiations, the “final solution issues” in favor of the (Israeli) project, in preparation for passing the “regional solution” and normalizing (Israel) relations with the Arab countries in order to achieve political and economic ambitions in particular.
