الملخص
تشكل قضية استغلال الجنسي للأطفال عبر الإنترنت هاجساً يهدد المجتمعات، وإحدى الظواهر الإجرامية التي يتعرض لها الأطفال، التي شهدت تزايداً لا مثيل له في السنوات الأخيرة، حتى باتت تقض مضاجع جُل دول العالم؛ الأمر الذي يتطلب تضافر الجهود الجميع ( أسرة ، مدرسة ، إعلام ، تنظيمات ، تشريعات ...وغيرها من أجل للتصدي لهذه الظاهرة العابرة للحدود التي تهدد حياة الأطفال وتعرضهم لمخاطر الاستغلال الجنسي، والتعرض للمواد الإباحية المشينة في ظل تمكنهم الجيد من تكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال وجهل الآباء بخبايا هذا الوافد الجديد الذي دخل بيتوهم دون استئذان وغير من طبيعة بعض القيم الأسرية حيث استسلم العديد من الأولياء أمام إصرار أبناءهم في امتلاك أو استخدام هذه التكنولوجيات الجديدة التي تتعارض غالبا مع سنهم ودينهم وحتى عاداتهم وتجعلهم عرضة للعديد من المخاطر ومن بينها الاستغلال الجنسي وأمام خطورة هذا الموقف الذي يمكن أن يتعرض له الطفل أثناء استخدامه لإحدى التطبيقات، بات لزاما علينا الوقوف عند هذه الظاهرة التي تكشف الأرقام والإحصائيات بأن أغلب أشكال العنف التي يتعرض لها الأطفال تأخذ الشكل الجنسي سواء تعلق الأمر بأشخاص يعرفهم أو غرباء عنه . انطلاقا مما قدم حاولنا في هذه الورقة البحثية تشخيص ظاهرة الاستغلال الجنسي للأطفال عن طريق تكنولوجيات الإعلام الجديدة ، من خلال تبيان أشكال وطرق الاستغلال الجنسي الذي يمكن أن يتعرض له الطفل أثناء استخدامه للتطبيقات التكنولوجية وكذا تبيان حجم المشكلة من أجل السعي لإيجاد السبل الكفيلة لحماية أطفالنا من خطر الاستغلال سواء تعلق الأمر بالتوعية أو الرقابة الأبوية وحتى الحماية التقنية والقانونية والتي من شأنها تمكينهم من استخدام آمن لتكنولوجيات الإعلام الجديدة – The issue of the sexual exploitation of children online is a concernthat threatens communities, and one of the criminal phenomena that children have experienced, which has grown exponents in recent years; This requires all efforts from (family, school, media, organizations, legislation, etc.) to address this cross-border phenomenon that threatens childrens lives and risks them from sexual exploitation and Exposure to pornography under good empowerment of new media technologies, plus the parents’ unease about the new entrants who entered their homes without permission and other family values, with many parents resigned to their children’s insistence that they acquire or use these new technologies, often in conflict with their age and religion Even their habits make them vulnerable, including sexual exploitation. In view of the seriousness of this situation, when using an application, we mustbe aware of this phenomenon, which reveals figures and statistics that most forms of violence against children take the form of sexuality, whether people who know them or complete strangers. Based on what was said earlier ,we have tried in this paper to diagnose the phenomenon of sexual exploitation of children through new media technologies, By identifying the forms and methods of sexual exploitation to which a child can be exposed while using technology applications, and by identifying the scale of the problem in order to seek ways to protect our children from the risk of exploitation, whether it be raising-awarness or parental control, and even technical and legal protection that will enable them to use securely New media technologies . - Key
