الرقمنة وآثارها التنظيمية في الجامعة الجزائرية

الملخص
يهدف بحثنا هذا إلى محاولة تسليط الضوء على واقع الرقمنة في الجامعة الجزائرية وآثراها التنظيمية، عبر موقف الإداريين تجاه الرقمنة وضرورة الاستعانة بها في مختلف نشاطاتهم العلمية والمهنية، وأثر ذلك على النشاط العلمي والبحثي والوظيفي لكل الفاعلين في الجامعة خصوصا في ظل انتشار تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال. وتوصلنا في هذه الدراسة إلى أن استعمال الرقمنة غير مرتبط بمدى تلقي المستخدم لتكوين متخصص وكذلك غير مرتبط بالتشجيع الذي يتلقاه المستخدم، والأمر كذلك ينطبق على تأثير جودة الاتصال داخل الجامعة نتيجة الرقمنة، أما بالنسبة للمرونة في اتخاذ القرار فهي مرتبطة باستعمال الرقمنة. This research aims to try to shed light on the reality of digitization in the Algerian university and its organizational impact, through the attitude of administrators towards digitization and the need to use it in their various scientific and professional activities, and its impact on the scientific, research and career activity of all actors in the university, especially in light of the spread of information and communication technology. In this study, we found that the use of digitization is not related to the extent to which the user receives specialized training, nor is it related to the encouragement that the user receives. The same applies to the impact of the quality of communication within the university as a result of digitization, As for flexibility in decision-making, it is linked to the use of digitization.
