الملخص
الملخص: تتجه معظم دول العالم في نظمها الإدارية إلى الحوكمة وتأسيس إدارة إلكترونية من شأنها الانتقال من العمل اليدوي المكلف جهدا ووقتا إلى أساليب آلية وإلكترونية أكثر شفافية وأيسر إجراءات وأفضل من حيث النتائج أي تقديم الخدمة. وهو الأمر الذي لم تكن الجزائر بمعزل عنه، إذ تبنت عصرنة و رقمنة الإدارة الجزائرية، حيث كان في هذا المجال حيزا هاما لصالح إدارة الحفظ العقاري بما تتميز به هذه الأخيرة من أهمية ودور في تقديم الخدمة العمومية وإرساء الإئتمان العقاري، من هذا الإطار تناولنا في مقالنا أسباب وأهداف عصرنة إدارة الحفظ العقاري في الجزائر ومنه إجراءات وخطوات هذه العملية الهامة والكبيرة. Abstract : In their administrative systems, most countries of the world are heading towards governance and the establishment of electronic management that will move from manual labor that costs effort and time to automated and electronic methods that are more transparent, easier procedures and better in terms of results, that is, providing the service. This is something that Algeria was not isolated from, as it adopted the modernization and digitization of the Algerian administration, as there was an important space in this area for the interest of the real estate preservation department, with the latter’s importance and role in providing public service and establishing real estate credit, which we discussed in this article the causes and objectives Modernization of real estate conservation management in Algeria, including the procedures and steps of this important and large process.
