مشاريع صيانة وترميم قلعة الجزائر The Projects Of Conservation And Restoration Of Algiers Citadel

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى عرض التدخلات والترميمات التي أجريت على قلعة الجزائر أو دار السلطان بداية من الفترة الاستعمارية وصولا إلى وقتنا الحالي، إضافة إلى الإصلاحات التي جرت أثناء مرحلة الانشاء والبناء نتيجة الأضرار التي لحقت بها بفعل الهجمات أو الزلازل أو نتيجة انفجار مخزن البارود، وهدفت هذه الإصلاحات والترميمات إلى تحسين القدرة الدفاعية للقلعة وإعادة وجهها الأصلي. خلفت هذه التدخلات تراكمات تاريخية على القلعة صعبت من عمليات الترميم فيما بعد ،كما خلقت مشكلا من حيث الإبقاء عليها أو إزالتها، وقد أدت كثرة التدخلات واختلاف منفذيها وطول فترتها والتستر على المعلومات إلى فوضى في عملية الترميم، ما جعلها تستنزف أموالا ضخمة دون الوصول إلى الهدف المرغوب، وعلى الرغم من ذلك ماتزال الجهود متواصلة من أجل الحفاظ على هذا المعلم والرمز التاريخي وما يحمله من معنى للهوية والذاكرة الوطنية، كما تسعى الدولة جاهدة لترميمه وجعله متحفا يختزل الزمن الذي مر عليه . This study aims to present the interventions and restorations that occurred in the Algiers’s citadel or Dar Al Sultan from the colonial period to the present date , in addition to the reforms that occurred the construction phase as a result of the damages that were caused to them by the attacks , aerthquakes , or a result of the explosion a gunpowder store , the aim of these reforms and improve the defensive capacity of the castle and re-face the original. The legacy of these intervention left historical accumulations on the castle , which made it difficult for subsequent restoration operations ,as well as creating problems in terms of retained or removing them , has led to frequent interventions and the different executants the length of time and delivery information , what made them target the huge funds without having access to the desired target .In spite of this , efforts are still on-going in order to preserve this monument and historical symbol and the meaning it carries for the identity and national memory , as the state strives to restore it and make it a museum that reduces the time it has passed .
