الملخص
تركيبة الهيئة التدريسية في الطور الابتدائي بالجزائر، واستعراض أهم التطورات التي مرت بها، ومحاولة لتقديم تحليل للواقع الذي عايشته في هذا الطور تحديدا، هو موضوع مقالتنا، باعتبار المكانة التي تتبوءها المنظومة التربوية في المجتمع، والتي تضم بين جنباتها حوالي ثمانية (08) ملايين تلميذ، ما يمثل ربع (1/4) سكان البلاد، أين يستحوذ الطور الابتدائي على حصة معتبرة، الى جانب ما يمثله من أهمية باعتباره قاعدة الارتكاز لكل مشروع تربوي ناجح. وهذا للخروج بتصور واضح حول التركيبة البشرية للهيئة التدريسية، من حيث طبيعتها والسيرورات التي عرفتها والإجراءات التي اتخذت في سبيل تطويرها وترقيتها وأهم التطورات الحاصلة في المجال، بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي وخاصة الطريقة المسحية، بتتبع المسار التاريخي الذي عرفه توظيف المكونين في الطور الابتدائي في الجزائر من أجل استخلاص المؤشرات الدالة عليها وتعكس بالتالي الاهتمام الذي شهده ويشهده هذا القطاع خاصة في ميدان التوظيف أو التحسين والتأهيل الموجه للمعلمين، ومحاولة اقتراح تصور لكيفية الاهتمام بها وترقيتها بما يخدم تجويد مخرجات النظام التربوي. The teaching staff and its composition in the primary cycle in Algeria, and the review of its most important developments and events, and the temptation to present an analysis on the real experience of this staff in this cycle, specifically, are the subject of this article, given the place occupied by the education system in society, which includes among its ranks about eight (08) million students, which represents a quarter (1/4) of the More important in the field, by relying on the descriptive approach, in particular the survey method, by following the historical path of the employment of primary teachers in Algeria. In order to extract indications which indicate and thus reflect the importance which this sector has known, in particular in the field of employment, improvement and qualification addressed to teachers, with a view to suggesting a vision on how to take care of. And promote it in such a way as to serve the improvement of the results of the education system.
