الملخص
جاء هذا المقال كمحاولة للتعرف على دور المشرف الأكاديمي في جودة الرسائل والبحوث العلمية في المؤسسات الجامعية ، حيث أن عملية إعداد دراسة أو بحث علمي سواء كان ذلك في مرحلة الماجستير أو الدكتوراه يرتكز أساس على جهود طرفين هما الباحث أو الطالب والمشرف الأكاديمي الذي يعتبر هو الموجه والمرشد للباحث خلال مختلف مراحل بحثه، حيث قمنا في هذا المقال بالتعرض لمفهوم الإشراف الأكاديمي ، ومفهوم المشرف الأكاديمي وجودة الرسائل والبحوث العلمية ، الباحث العلمي ، مع تطرقنا لأهم المواصفات التي يجب أن يتمتع بها المشرف الأكاديمي الجيد ، كما تم توضيح أهم النظريات المفسرة لدور المشرف الأكاديمي ،وأخيرا دور المشرف الأكاديمي في جودة الرسائل الجامعية والأكاديمية . الكلمات المفتاحية : المشرف الأكاديمي ، العملية الإشرافية ، الباحث الأكاديمي ، جودة الرسائل والبحوث العلمية Abstract This article came as an attempt to identify the rôle of the academic supervisor in the quality of thèses and scientifique research in university institutions, as the process of preparing a study or scientific research, whether at the master’s or doctoral stage, is based mainly on the efforts of two parties: the researcher or student and the academic supervisor, who is considered the mentor and mentor For the researcher during the various stages of his research.
