Résumé

Résumé La performativité de l’université implique une approche systémique du tryptique : EAD, professionnalisation des enseignants / gouvernance. Dans l’optique de faire correspondre les extrants de l’Université (diplômés performants) avec les intrants du secteur socioéconomique (professionnels opérationnels), le MESRS a signé avec l’Union européenne une convention de jumelage dont l’acronyme est PAPERS. L’objet de cet article est de montrer la jonction entre la visée ministérielle et ce projet d’envergure. Abstract The performativity of the university implies a systemic approach of the triptych : EAD / professionalization of teachers / governance. In order to match the University outputs (successful graduates) to the imputs from the socioeconomic sector (operational professionals), the MESRS has signed a twinning convenant with the European Union known by its acronym « PAPERS ». The purpose of this article is to show how this major project meets the goals of the ministry. Keywords : EAD, professionalization of teacher trainers, governance, project PAPERS.
