الحضانة في التشريع الجزائري

الملخص
الحضانة نوع من أنواع الولاية الثابتة للطفل منذ ولادته وحتى سن البلوغ ، ويقصد بها ولاية التربية ، وتهدف إلى الصيانة والقيام على مصالحة وحمايته، والمشرع الجزائري والفقه الإسلامي حرصوا على توافر الشروط الضرورية للحاضن من أجل مصلحة المحضون ، وفي الأخير تم دراسة آثار وتبعات الحضانة الناجمة عنها مثل النفقة سكن ممارسة الحضانة وحق الزيارة . Custody is a type of fixed guardianship for the child from birth until the age of puberty, and it refers to the guardianship of education, and aims to maintain and build on his interests and protect him , and the Algerian legislator and Islamic jurisprudence made sure to provide the necessary conditions for the custodian for the benefit of the child, and in the end the effects and consequences of custody resulting from it were studied. Like alimony, residence to exercise custody and right to visit.
