العوامل النفسية و تأثيرها على السلوك الإجرامي – تحديات مكافحة الجريمة ذات العامل النفسي -

الملخص
إن النظريات الاجتماعية تساعدنا على تحديد الجريمة كظاهرة إجتماعية عامة وتحاول أن تبرز بعض الأسباب والدوافع للجريمة، إلا أن علماء الإجرام لا يقفون مجهودهم العلمي عند هذا الحد ، بل يذهبون في تفكيرهم إلى أن الجريمة ذات طبيعة مركبة، لا يمكن أن تتم دراستها والوقوف على أسبابها إلا إذا سلطنا الأضواء على مجامل النفس البشرية الشعورية و اللاشعورية التي تدفع إلى ارتكاب الجرائم ، وأهمية علم النفس الجنائي و الجوانب النفسية للمجرم، وهذه الدراسة ستتم بالإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي و التحليلي و الإستنتاجي ، للإستنتاج بعد التحليل و المناقشة الفوائد النظرية والعلمية لعلم النفس وعلاقته بالجريمة و تأثيرها على السلوك البشري، فان علماء الإجرام وعلماء النفس يتفقون على أن دراسة الجريمة كظاهرة فردية مبنية على هذه الخصائص إنما تتعلق بحالة عدم التوافق الاجتماعي أو بحالة عدم السواء. Social theories help us identify crime as a general social phenomenon and try to highlight some of the causes and motives of crime, but criminologists do not stop their scientific efforts at this point, but rather think that crime is of a complex nature. It can only be studied and its causes can be found if we highlight the human, sensational and non-sensational facets that lead to crimes, the importance of criminal psychology and the psychological aspects of the criminal, and this study will be based on the descriptive, analytical and deductive methods. To conclude after analysis and discussion the theoretical and scientific benefits of psychology, its relationship to crime and its impact on human behavior, criminal scientists and psychologists agree that the study of crime as an individual phenomenon is based on these characteristics, whether it is a state of social incompatibility or a state of inconsistency. Les théories sociales nous aide à identifier la criminalité comme un phénomène social général et tentent de mettre en évidence certaines des causes et des motifs de la criminalité, mais les criminologues n’arrêtent pas leurs efforts scientifiques à ce stade, mais pense plutôt que la criminalité est de nature complexe. Il ne peut être étudié et ses causes peuvent être trouvées si nous mettons en évidence les facettes humaines, sensationnelles et non-sensationnelles qui conduisent à des crimes, l’importance de la psychologie criminelle et les aspects psychologiques du criminel, et cette étude sera basée sur la description, méthodes analytiques et déductives. Pour conclure après analyse et discussion les avantages théoriques et scientifiques de la psychologie, son rapport à la criminalité et son impact sur le comportement humain, les criminalistes et les psychologues conviennent que l’étude de la criminalité en tant que phénomène individuel est fondée sur ces caractéristiques, qu’il s’agir d’état d’incompatibilité sociale ou d’un état d’incohérence
