الملخص
ملخص : يعد التخطيط للمرافق والخدمات الاجتماعية من أساسيات التخطيط الحضري والعمراني، حيث تؤدي الخدمات الاجتماعية وظائف متنوعة في البيئة العمرانية من تعليم وصحة ونقل وغيرها من الخدمات التي يحتاج اليها السكان في مجالهم السكني، من جهة يعكس انتشار الخدمات بالبيئة العمرانية مستواها التنموي والتطوري فنقص مثل هذه الخدمات يجعل من البيئة السكنية مستحيل العيش فيها ويخلق حالة من النفور لدى الساكنين لذ يتوجب على القائمين بالتخطيط توفيرها وتوزيعها بالمعايير والمقاييس التي تحقق جودة الحياة ، وعليه يتضمن تخطيط الخدمات تزويد مختلف الشرائح بالخدمات التعليمية والصحية والنقل والمواصلات ولابد الاشارة هنا إلى أن المقاييس المتبعة في تخطيط هذه الخدمات يرتبط باحتياجات البيئة العمرانية انطلاقا من الحي إلى التجمع إلى المدينة ككل وعليه نهدف من خلال هذا المقال التعرف على المعايير العامة في تخطيط الخدمات التعليمية والصحيةAbstract :Planning for social facilities and services is one of the basics of urban and urban planning, as social services perform various functions in the urban environment, including education, health, transportation and other services that residents need in their residential field On the one hand, the spread of services in the urban environment reflects its developmental and developmental level, as the lack of such services makes the residential environment impossible to live in and creates a state of alienation among residents, so the planners must provide and distribute them according to standards and measures that achieve quality of lifeTherefore, service planning includes providing various segments with educational and health services, transportation and transportation.
