الهجرة غير الشرعية : المفهوم والأسباب

الملخص
تعد الهجرة غير الشرعية ظاهرة مجتمعية و اجتماعية تزداد قواربها يوما بعد يوم، ينخرط فيها العديد من الشباب(أفرادا أوجماعات) بحثا عن الحلم الضائع والمستقبل المأمول،تاركين موطنهم الأصلي من أجل تحقيق الاستقرار الاجتماعي والاقتصادي في البلدان الحلم، فهم يتطلعون إلى غد أفضل مما كانوا عليه في بلدانهم التي تعاني البطالة بين الشباب ونقص فرص العمل، ونظرا لخطورة هذه الظاهرة وضع المجتمع الدولي لوائح وقوانين من أجل التصدي لها خصوصا لارتباطها بشبكات الاجرام والاتجار بالبشر وعليه سعت الدول إلى وضع تدابير أمنية لحماية استقرارها الاجتماعي والسياسي، ومنه نهدف من خلال هذا المقال تشخيص الأسباب التي أدت إلى تصاعد هذه الظاهرة في المجتمع Abstract : Illegal immigration is a societal and social phenomenon whose boats are increasing day by day, in which many young people (individuals or groups) engage in search of a lost dream and a hoped-for future, leaving their original home in order to achieve social and economic stability in the dream countries, as they look forward to a better tomorrow than they were. Accordingly, in their countries that suffer from youth unemployment and lack of job opportunities, and given the seriousness of this phenomenon, the international community has put in place regulations and laws in order to address it, especially because it is linked to criminal networks and human trafficking. Therefore, countries sought to put security measures in place to protect their social and political stability, and from which we aim through this article to diagnose The reasons that led to the escalation of this phenomenon in society ... We also seek to suggest a set of mechanisms through which they can be eliminated
