الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى تناول مفهوم الصناديق الوقفية، ومدى اسهامها في العمليات التنموية بمختلف أبعادها، وكذا دورها كمصدر تمويلي لمختلف المشاريع، باعتبار الوقف موردا اقتصاديا هاما يسعى إلى تنشيط رأس المال المتاح وتشغيل الدورة الاقتصادية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أهمية الصناديق الوقفية في تمويل المشاريع ذات الطبيعة التنموية في المجتمعات الاسلامية وغير الاسلامية، وذلك باعتماد مختلف الصيغ الاسلامية في الاستثمار والتمويل، حيث تقوم على مبدأ المشاركة في الخطر والعائد. The study aims to address the concept of endowment funds, the extent of their contribution to development processes in its various dimensions, as well as their role as a source of financing for various projects, considering the endowment as an important economic resource that seeks to activate the available capital and operate the economic cycle. The study found the importance of endowment funds in financing projects of a developmental nature in Islamic and non-Islamic societies, by adopting various Islamic formulas in investment and financing, which are based on the principle of participation in risk and return.
