التقويم التربوي المفهوم ، النشأة و الأهمية

الملخص
ملخص: يواصل متخذي القرارات عمليات إصلاح التعليم من خلال مراقبة جودة المناهج و تقييم ممارسات القائمين على العملية التعليمية و المتعلمين و من ثمة العمل على تحسينها و ضمان فعالية انجازاتها و هذا ما يعرف بالتقويم التربوي الذي يعد المقوم الأساسي لكل أنظمة التعليم، فهو يسعى إلى تحقيق التعلم الايجابي النشط و ذلك بتحديد الأولويات التربوية و الوقوف على نقاط القصور و محاولة إصلاح اعوجاجها و تدارك النقائص التي تشوبها و كذا الوقوف على نقاط القوة و تعزيزها و تدعيم ركائزها، و في نفس الوقت تصميم و بناء أهداف تعليمية تربوية هادفة لتنمية التعليم و إتاحة الفرصة للإنتاج و الإبداع ضمنه.و نسعى في تحريرنا لهذا المقال إلى تسليط الضوء على مفهوم التقويم التربوي وأهميته الكبيرة في تجديد العملية التعليمية و تحديد أولوياتها التي تختصر الجهد و التكاليف المادية للوصول إلى التعليم الفعال . الكلمات المفتاحية: التربية ؛ التعليم ؛ التقويم ؛ التقييم؛ دافعية التعلم ؛ الاختبار ؛ القياس Décision markers continue the processus of éducation reform through qualité control of curricula and assessment the practices of those responsible of the education process and learners, then Working to improve it and ensure the effectiveness of its achievements, that is what is known as an educational evaluation, Which is the essential ingredient for all edition systems, in addition to that the educational evaluation seeks to achieve the active positive learning by setting educational priorities and identifying shortcoming. Also trying to reform the overcome deficiencies which appear in it, Furthermore to assess the strengthen points and to promote strengthening the pillars, In the same time designing and building training and educational objectives, That targeted educational development and to give opportunity for production and creativity within it, In editing this article, we seek to shed light the concept of the educational evaluation and its big importance in renewing the educational process, Also identify it’s priorities that shorten the effort and the materiel costs of access to effective education.
