تعقِيدات الأزمةُ الأمنية في مالي وانعكاساتها على الأمن الاقليمي في منطقة الساحل الافريقي

الملخص
الملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى فهم وتفسير أصل الأزمة الأمنية وتعقيداتها في دولة مالي خاصة في فترة ما بعد 2011، باعتبارها دولة مركزية في منطقة الساحل الافريقي تشهد حالة لا أمن مستمرة، مصدرها الأساسي يتمثل في حالة "الدولة الفاشلة"، والتي تُعتبر من أهم الازمات في القارة الافريقية وأكثرها تأثيرًا على الأمن القومي والإقليميي لدول المنطقة. كما نسعى من خلال هذه الورقة إلى توضيح انعكاسات هذا "الفشل الدولاتي" على الجوار الاقليمي، خاصة بالنسبة الدول الكبرى كالجزائر والمغرب ومصر، حتى نتمكن من اعطاء تصور لتطور هذه الأزمة الأمنية في دولة مالي، وتحديد اسبابها المباشرة وغير المباشرة، وما ينتج عنها من انعكاسات متعددة الابعاد على الأمن الاقليمي في منطقة الساحل الافريقي. Abstract: This document aims at understanding and explaining the origin and complications of the security crisis that has plagued Mali in recent years post 2011 period, as a central country in the Sahel region, which is increasingly considered as a "failed state". which is considered one of the most important crises in The African continent has the most impact on the national and regional security of the countries of the region. By this document, we shall seek to clarify the root causes of the security crisis in Mali and its scenarios, especially for big countries like Algeria, Morocco and Egypt, in addition explores its implications on the regional security of the Sahel African as whole. and determine its direct and indirect causes, and the resulting multi-dimensional implications for regional security in the African Sahel region.
