الملخص

الملخص: تميزت منطقة الساحل الافريقي ببروز مجموعة كبيرة من التهديدات من أهمها التهديدات البيئية التي انتشرت بفعل التغيرات المناخية، والتي أدت إلى التدهور البيئي في المنطقة. وتهدف هذه الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على أهم هذه التهديدات وانعكاساتها البيئية والسياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية على الأمن البيئي بفعل التغيرات المناخية الحاصلة في الساحل الافريقي، وذلك بالتركيز على أهم المفاهيم المتعلقة بالموضوع وأثر التغيرات المناخية على الأمن البيئي هناك، لتخلص الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها الارتباط الوثيق بين الأمن البيئي والاستقرار السياسي والاقتصادي والاجتماعي والمرتبط أساسا بالأمن العالم، والأثار الخطيرة المترتبة عن تغير المناخ و تداعياتها على الأمن البيئي في منطقة الساحل . وبالرغم من الاهتمام الكبير بموضوع التغير المناخي والأمن البيئي في النقاشات العلمية الوطنية والعالمية الا أن النظام البيئي لا يزال يعاني من التدهور البيئي نتيجة غياب سياسة بيئية عالمية جدية. Abstract : The African Sahel region was characterized by the emergence of a wide range of threats, the most important of which are environmental threats that have spread due to climate changes, which have led to environmental deterioration in the region. This study aims to shed light on the most important of these threats and their environmental, political, economic and social repercussions on environmental security due to climate changes occurring in the African Sahel, by focusing on the most important concepts related to the subject and the impact of climate changes on environmental security there. The study concludes with a set of results, the most important of which is the close connection between environmental security and political, economic and social stability, which is mainly linked to global security, and the serious effects of climate change and its repercussions on environmental security in the Sahel region. Despite the great interest in the issue of climate change and environmental security in national and international scientific discussions, the ecosystem still suffers from environmental degradation as a result of the absence of a serious global environmental policy.
