فكرة الدولة الوطنية في الخطاب العربي الإسلامي المعاصر

الملخص
الملخص: لم يرد مفهوم دولة بالمعنى الحديث صراحة في النصوص الإسلامية المؤسسة، والدولة الوطنية في عالمنا العربي وُلدت بطريقة قيصرية على النموذج الغربي الاستعماري وبإيعاز منه، ولم تطرح فكرة الدولة في الفكر العربي والإسلامي للنقاش إلاّ مع إرهاصات النهضة الحديثة وتحت تأثير الهجمة الاستعمارية وصدمة الحداثة، وقد كانت دولة محمد علي باشا النموذج والمرجعية التي سيطرت على المشهد فيما بعد. غير أن خروج مؤلَف الإسلام وأصول الحكم كتتويج لسقوط الخلافة في 1924 ودعما لدولة مصطفى أتاتورك العلَمانية كانت اللحظة التي فجرت المأساة وقسمت الفكر العربي والإسلامي على نفسه حول طبيعة الدولة الوطنية وكيف يجب أن تكون؟ وهو ما يحاول مقالنا معالجته. Abstract The concept of state did not appeared spontaneously according to its current definition in the Islamic texts instituted, and the Nation State, within our Arab world, was born by a caesarean method, modeled on the Western, colonialist model and initiated by him. The concept of state was only suggested to Arab and Islamic thought as a subject of debate by the tumult of contemporary awakening and under the influence of colonial assaults, as well as by the shock caused by modernity. Subsequently, The State of Mohamad Ali Bacha, was a model and a benchmark that predominated in the Seine. However, the appearance of the book “Islam and the roots of governance” was considered to be the apotheosis of the decline of the “Kalifa” in the year 1924, as well as support for the secular state of Mustapha ATATURQUE, it was the spark that started the drama, and hence the division within Arab and Islamic thought concerning the nature of the Nation State and the way it is supposed to present itself?
