الملخص

يستعرض هذا المقال للحالة التراكمية لاستمرار انغلاق الافق المعرفي والمهني للتكوين الأكاديمي في الصحافة وعلوم الاعلام والاتصال في الجزائر ، بسبب استمرار حالات التباعد والانفصام أحيانا بين الجوانب الأكاديمية والمهنية وتراجع مستوى التأهيل العام الذي يعزى لتفاقم ظاهرة انزياح القيم العلمية والمهنية في مجال التكوين الإعلامي في بعديه الأكاديمي العلمي والمهني الممارساتي كما يبرز انعكاسات هذا الانمحاء في الأفق المعرفي والمهني وتداعياته على أخلاقيات الممارسة الإعلامية في الفضاء السمعي البصري الجزائري ، مع محاولة تقديم رؤية علمية بمرتكزات معرفية ومهنية في شكل توصيات للانتقال من الحالة الستاتيكية المحتكمة لشرعية الوصاية السلطوية ، إلى الوضع الديناميكي المحتكم لشرعية الممارسة المهنية ضمن مقاربة صحافة الحلول. This article monitors the cumulative state of the continued closure of the cognitive and professional horizon of training in journalism and media and communication sciences in Algeria, due to the continuing divergence and sometimes dissociation between academic and professional aspects and the decline of the general qualification level, which is due to the worsening phenomenon of the displacement of scientific and professional values in the field of media training in the dimensions of scientific academic and professional media equation practices. We will also highlight the implications of this breakthrough in the cognitive and professional horizon and its implications for the ethics of media practice in Algeria's audiovisual space. In the end, we will provide a scientific vision with cognitive and professional anchors in the form of recommendations to move from the static state of authoritarian guardianship to the dynamic and monopolistic status of the legitimacy of professional practice.
