The Impact Of Organizational Communication On Human Resources Performance Into Algeria Post Corporation In Batna

Abstract

Organizational communication is effective when the managers ’message reaches from top to bottom, through the communication channel, clearly, enabling human resources to understand what is required of them and perform the work effectively, and when the upward communication channels are effective. This study investigates the impact plays by organizational communication through downward and upward communication in influencing employee performance components known as (AMO) i.e., Ability, Motivation, and Opportunity to perform in Algeria Post Corporation in Batna. The study findings show that upward communication has significant positive effects on human resources performance; however, the effect of downward organizational communication is stronger and more impactful on human resource performance than the effect of upward communication. Results confirmed both hypotheses.
