الشراكة بين الجامعة والقطاع الصناعي في الجزائر: تحدياتها وسبل تفعيلها

ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح أهمية تفعيل الشراكة بين الجامعة والقطاع الصناعي في الجزائر، نظرا لدور الجامعة في إنعاش القطاع الصناعي، وكون الشراكة بينهما تعد سبيلا لتحقيق التقدم ونقل التكنولوجيا، بالإضافة إلى ما لهذه الشراكة من انعكاسات ايجابية على التعليم والبحث العلمي الجامعي، وذلك من خلال التطرق إلى الشراكة القائمة بين الجامعة والقطاع الصناعي من حيث طبيعتها، مبرراتها، واقعها في الجزائر وتحدياتها، في محاولة لتقديم تصور مقترح لتطويرها خدمة لكل من الجامعة والصناعة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود العديد من التحديات والصعوبات التي تقف حائلا أمام تحقيق الشراكة المأمولة بين الجامعات والقطاع الصناعي في الجزائر، أبرزها عدم اهتمام الجامعات بالجانب التسويقي، وضعف ثقة منظمات القطاع الصناعي بمخرجات الجامعات من المهارات البشرية والأبحاث والدراسات العلمية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الجامعة، القطاع الصناعي، الشراكة، الجزائر. تصنيف JEL: I 23 ; L 14 ; L 24 Abstract: This study aims to clarify the importance of activating the partnership between the university and the industrial sector in Algeria, given the role of the university in revitalizing the industrial sector, and because their partnership is a way to achieve progress, technology transfer, modernization and development, in addition to the positive implications of this partnership on education and scientific research university, by addressing the partnership existing between the university and the industrial sector in terms of nature, justifications, reality in Algeria and its challenges, in an attempt to present a proposed vision for the development of this partnership to serve both the university and industry. The study found that there are many challenges and difficulties that stand in the way of achieving the desired partnership between the universities and the industrial sector in Algeria, most notably the lack of interest of universities in the marketing aspect, and weak confidence of the industrial sector organizations in the university outputs of human skills, research and scientific studies.
